Maui Meadows

Your Experts for Maui Meadows Property on Maui.  Maui Real Estate is very special and no other neighborhood in South Maui offers more than Maui Meadows.  From the Sweeping Ocean Vistas, to the Mature Landscaped Homes on 1/2 acre lots, Maui Meadows is a wonderful place to call home.  Blocks to Keawakapu (one of Maui's Best Beaches) this neighborhood of Custom homes is truly unique.  Many of the homes feature Cottages in addition to the Main House.

I personally enjoyed living in Maui Meadows for the convenience and proximity to great beaches, shopping and dining.  Our team would welcome the opportunity to show you what Maui Meadows has to offer.

Aloha, Gina Duncan

Kihei Hawaii

Kihei Hawaii until recently was a sleepy semi resort town on the Hawaiian Island of Maui.  Much in Kihei has changed over the past 10 years including a swelling local population as of 2000 at 16,749 residents.  With the vacationers the numbers significantly swell.  In recent years many mainland stores such as Starbucks, and Safeway have arrived in Kihei.  There are still many local favorites including Hilo Hatties and restaurants like the famous Roys. Numerous new housing developments have sprung up too.

The main attraction to Kihei are the miles of sandy beaches and almost picture perfect weather.   Looking out from the beaches at Kihei you can see the Islands of Kahoolawe and Lanai as well as the crater of Molokini.  Looking away from the beach you will see the soaring dormant volcano of Haleakala which means "House of the Sun".

Kihei offers shopping and dining and many vacation condos dot the beach road landscape.  Some of the best diving and snorkeling can be done just by walking into the water off the shores of Kihei.  Kayaking in the calm morning waters is also a favorite.  Surfing in Kihei is longboard style and the windsurfing is better from Central to North Kihei in the afternoons. Since Kihei is relatively flat you will see many runners and bicycle riders too.

There are many great neighborhoods in Kihei including Kilohana Ridge which is a newer neighborhood offering many Ocean View homes and only a block to one of the nicest beaches on Maui, Keawakapu.  Moana Estates and Ke Alii Ocean Villas are also new developments and offer walking distance to Kamaole Beach I.  Farther north the quaint plantation style development of Kamalii Alayna is offering new construction in the 500's and Ka Ono Ulu and Honu Alahele are favored by those who enjoy walking the miles of sandy beach at Sugar Beach.

And of course you can't visit Kihei without noticing the amount of Condominium homes here.  Year round residents, snowbirds, and vacationers all enjoy the many condo complexes Kihei has to offer.  From the luxury of Maui Kamaole, to the Oceanfront Kihei Beach charmer Kihei has a resort or condo complex to suite all tastes and budgets. Contact us for details.

Come to Kihei and see why many families and visitors alike find this laid back tropical bit of paradise an oasis of Maui.
