Wailuku Country Estates has some gorgeous homes with bicoastal and Ocean views all backing up against the towering West Maui Mountains. And since all of these new and resale homes are centrally located no matter where you work-Wailuku is within commute and perhaps even within walking distance.
There's another reason to think about investing in Wailuku. Pacific Business News recently named Wailuku #20 on their "List" of wealthiest zipcodes in Hawaii. Tha'ts right!
